When redeeming the gift voucher, the giftee will have to get in touch with their local Molly Maid franchise to set up the clean. During the process Molly Maid will come by for an in house and advise the giftee on the type of clean required and value of the service to ensure Molly Maid delivers a quality cleaning service. There may be a situation where value of the clean exceeds the voucher value.
