Well you’ve been a delight to deal with! Nothing seemed too much trouble, and you’ve been the only stress-free part of our entire moving process.  You allowed me to shut the door on my old home, confident that it was going to look beautiful for the new owners. That feeling is priceless.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with MOLLY MAID.  As you are aware, I have been a customer on a weekly basis for over 3 years and am very satisfied with the service you provide. The reliability is excellent.  I am also very happy with the team of two maids and the clean is always of a high standard.

It has now been almost three years since I responded to one of your flyers which had been delivered through my post box.  During the past three years I have had your cheerful staff to clean my home every two weeks.  The girls are absolutely spotless and wear a uniform and arrive in a MOLLY MAID car complete with logo and bring all the equipment necessary to clean my home from top to bottom.  This means I no longer have to buy loads of domestic products to load up the under sink area! I look forward to arriving home on a Friday to see and smell that your girls have been and cleaned my home.  It saves me a job and my Dyson is practically redundant! My teenage children are not the tidiest of people but your staff always straighten up their rooms and belongings.  My son actually commented one day what a fantastic job your staff had done!

MOLLY MAID can be relied upon to come every week at the same time and deliver the service agreed upon the initial consultation.  The initial clean was of a very high standard as are my regular weekly cleans.  All your staff are efficient and thorough workers, the cleaners are totally trustworthy and in fact now have my door key and alarm code so they can still come to clean even if I’m out at work.

Helllo Dez and Emma I just wanted to contact you to thank you so much for the wonderful job that Jackie and Louise did for me today at my house. They were so friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. It was so nice to come back to a fresh, clean house and as I am not able to clean at the moment; it has taken a lot of pressure off my husband, who would have had to do it all this Easter weekend! Thanks again.

I wanted to write to thank you all for helping my son by cleaning the student house he lived in. I know the place was kept in a horrible state, and I appreciate that you went in and did your best to clean and provide a calm and positive environment. I am sure that this really helped to give him a clear space, and encouraged him to look after himself and also get on with his studies. Thank you all very much, he’s passed all his exams and got a good degree- and I am very grateful for the part you played in that.

Molly maids – wonderful! Never having had a cleaner before & finding cleaning a bit difficult I decided to ‘treat’ my house to a spring clean with Molly Maids. Two lovely ladies turned up & they soon had the house looking amazing. They now come every 2 weeks & do a fantastic job in a short period of time. House is sparkling & clean every time they leave. What a treat – fast & efficient, friendly & polite & I know I can just leave the ladies to get on with it
