I am writing to thank you for the excellent Molly Maid services which you have provided over the last few months. My husband and I are most appreciative of everyone’s efforts and will look forward to employing the services Molly Maid again in the future. Meanwhile, perhaps you would please pass on our thanks to Lisa and Jo who have always done such a good job, in a bright and cheerful manner which is most refreshing.

I feel I need to just drop a note to you to say how impressed I was with the service you offer – In this day and age there is a lot of critics out there for slap dash jobs and with both my husband and myself being in different business we hear about it all the time. The girls turned up on time worked like slaves and did a fantastic job – they were both lovely people and a credit to ‘Molly Maid’. As you know I booked you as a one off but feel sure I will be booking you again in the Spring. Once again please thank the girls for a splendid job.

Dear Molly Maid. Angela and Mandi what would I do without you. You always give 100% and I cant thank you enough. For me I became a Molly Maid customer as I was struggling to do my own housework due to health reasons. I had never used a cleaning service before and I was apprehensive as to how it would all work. From the very first meeting to discuss my requirements and your recommendations, I have been very impressed with the professionalism of all the staff and the willingness to do a good job every single time. The staff are always friendly and reliable and take pride in their work. From one offs to regular visits the standard has never faltered. I have been with you now since September 2012 and still I am impressed every time. To have your services has been a big weight off my mind knowing that the cleaning is being done thoroughly. One of the things I like is that its tailored to your individual requirements and needs, and that your not tied into a contract and you can increase or decrease the frequency of the visit at any time. Also if you want anything extra doing or want them to pay particular attention to a certain area, ie Windows, Oven etc just speak to them or leave them a note and its all done for you. Thank you again and I will continue to use your services.

Just a note to express my delight with the house clean on Friday.  The ladies were lovely, really put me at ease, and I cannot believe how hard they worked and how thorough they were!  I have to say in all honesty, my expectations were truly surpassed, and it was worth every penny.

I’ve been able to get on with sorting a long overdue pile of paperwork today, without looking around in despair that I should be cleaning instead.

My husband was also very impressed when he arrived home from his weekend away, and I have confessed all!
