Please pass on my thanks to the team who spring cleaned our house this week. They did an excellent job. It was lovely to come home from work to such a spotless house. The team even cleaned items that I didn’t expect such as the inside of the microwave which was a nice surprise.

Every Monday I come home to a house that is gloriously clean and tidy. I just don’t know how the Molly Maids get the house to look like it does — I certainly have never managed it. It’s depressing and embarrassing to not be able to keep on top of housework: Molly Maids have been not only brilliant at cleaning, but kind and discreet enough to not make me feel any worse about my own failings. It’s no exaggeration to say that Molly Maids changed my life, and I would rather skip a week’s dinners than be without them.

Good standard of cleaning especially as have 3 dogs and 2 cats so pet hair everywhere! The ladies are friendly and easy to have around the house. The service is great – I am phoned if they are running late and if I need to alter the clean you have been very flexible and helpful.

I do not usually see the staff but those I have met have been friendly and courteous. When I did raise some concerns they were dealt with swiftly and effectively. I am happy for MOLLY MAID to come and clean my house whilst I am at work. I am confident that they will turn up as booked and provide a good service.

The job is done efficiently and to a high standard. The girls are very friendly and yet purposeful.  Nice to have in our home! Janine is open and helpful and appreciative of feedback even if it wasn’t a pat on the back. Thing are remedied immediately. It is easy to get hold of Janine. She is always willing to listen and to accommodate schedule changes.

I have always been very impressed with the standard of cleaning, the maids are very thorough. The girls are always friendly and cheerful and  I have never had any cause to complain.

I just have to write to let you know that you are running a service which is second to none.  I recently contacted your company and told the story of my sister, living in Thame, who had  been caring 24/7 for her husband who has terminal cancer, and I wanted to surprise her with a complete clean of her home while she took a week’s respite down here in Cornwall.  You and your team were absolutely wonderful. Not only did Molly Maid do a deep clean of her home but also arranged for the curtains and suite covers to be dry-cleaned. When finished the whole place was gleaming. The icing on the cake was the fresh flowers you placed in a vase on the dining table.  My sister was utterly delighted when she got home to find that everything had been done for her and none of us can ever thank you and your team enough for going that extra mile.  If ever you need a reference to show to prospective clients please do not hesitate to give them my contact details so that I can sing your praises once again.  You truly are angels in disguise.  Kindest regards

I called in Molly Maid just before a big family event so my house would be looking spruce and tidy and one less ‘job’ in a mountain of tasks to do. Plus I felt like doing myself a favour as well!

The team of very friendly and efficient ladies arrived (3) and set about deep cleaning, hoovering, washing floors and polishing. They certainly reached the parts my duster never does! Result – a sparkling house that benefited from the extra attention. I would certainly recommend Molly Maid.

The standard of cleaning is  very good. My house sparkles when they have finished. The staff are pleasant and so willing to please. When I ring the office all messages seem to get through.

The girls do a thorough job for us and are well organised and adaptable to circumstances on the day. They are friendly and approachable.

My house is cleaned to a high standard with excellent attention to detail. The staff are very professional and friendly and good with my cats! I have had not complaints but responsive in general. Excellent communication – the service has never let me down, unlike other cleaning services.

The girls are very good – excellent cleaning of all parts of the house. Both girls have been friendly and helpful, always able to adapt to changing needs as far as which rooms need to be cleaned etc. Only comment would be the need to know when you are coming – would a text 30 mins before you come to clean be possible.

The standard of cleaning is thorough – very high standard. The staff are warm, approachable, obliging and friendly. Any complaints are immediately rectified. Communication is excellent in all areas. I have no criticisms, a well run company with very good staff.

On the whole, the cleaning has been as I had hoped it would be , however, there have been a few areas that I have had to highlight. The team are well presented, friendly and careful with the contents of our home. I have found that when there are areas of concern, Janine and the team are keen to take the points on board and make changes. The team are reliable and I feel confident with their key security. Communication is prompt, clear and to the point. It might be worth mentioning at the beginning about the issue regarding the use of bleach, so customers can provide their own, from the start.

I haven’t met individual staff but Janine has been very helpful, friendly and supportive. Communication back is good.

I wanted to thank you, Claire and Fiona for the excellent job you did cleaning our end of tenancy property in Christmas Common.  We’ve just checked out and were hugely impressed with the work you did and the standard to which you did it.  Thank you very much. Can you thank the ladies on my behalf for a smashing job they did last Wednesday.  It’s been really easy to keep on top of the house now and a real joy to have a very clean house and they were such a cheerful group.

In my absence yesterday I have to say that I thought  Ann & Angela did a superb job. My usual lady wasn’t able to come last week so nothing much had been done in the house since Molly Maids last visit.

I knew where it needed special attention so I checked everywhere. I couldn’t find anywhere that had not been done. Well done Ann & Angela.

I especially wanted you to know that Carol, Michelle and Mo have done a fantastic job with my move-out clean today. They have been diligent and thorough, and very helpful, and my house looks fabulous. It really does have that “just cleaned hygienic perfume”.

The girls make a terrific team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I cannot let last week’s effort go by without saying, yet again, what a very good job the Girls did. They  are always first rate but somehow last Thursday’s clean simply underlined how dedicated & flexible they are
