It’s lovely to come home from a busy day at work to a hoovered tidy house.  The ladies do a very thorough job.

Our home has been cleaned to a very high standard on each visit… it’s a massive help to us and lovely to come to!

The Molly Maid ladies have been cleaning for my 80 year old dad since January. Led by manager Ritu Haer they have been, and continue to be outstanding. They do a fantastic job and are so kind to my dad he thinks the world of them.
Just recently my dad was ill and got rushed to hospital. Ritu was kind enough to check on my dads welfare. Ritu also organised a special clean up on the Sunday before the new Carer was due to start for my dad.
I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful team and how hard they work. Ritu is so professional and very efficient. Could not be without this team. My dad always really looks forward to them coming around.

We wanted to say a few words about Els and Jade, our Mollymaid cleaners, and the work that they do here.

We are in our 70s and 80s.  We have lifetimes of memories and feelings throughout our home. These are not just represented by our family photographs (over 80 on tables, dressers and mantelpieces alone!) but by objects that may seem inconsequential but which are charged with emotion: the pottery sheep that was made by our daughter as a child, the fossil fern that was given to us by the son who died twelve years ago, the plastic dinosaur played with for years by a grandson now embarking on a major career.  And bits and pieces – especially shells and stones – that are just fun, because they remind us of so many holidays and happenings over our 40+ years together.

Jade and Els treat all of this conglomeration with kindness, care and respect, dusting each piece, putting them back right, and (it seems to us) often enjoying a house that for them is ‘just a job,’ as our home.

Please would you forward this email to them both?  We just wanted to say that we appreciate their work very much.

I am so pleased, the ladies were wonderful, very professional.  It is lovely to have my “house back”.

I just wanted to say thank you to your amazing team for all that they did this morning for D and myself. Their work was superb and we are extremely grateful for the support and hard work that they did. As you know my health is not good at the moment and I can do very little..

Hi Ritu, Kirsty & Sylvia were brilliant especially having to cope in this weather. They were a joy to have & we were very pleased with the results as I’m sure the new owners will be. Ritu is the most professional, efficient and responsive person you will ever meet. She has very high standards and is attentive to her ladies’ work, regularly coming to inspect the work and taking on board any comments or feedback. The team always arrives on time and the ladies do an outstanding job: they have a set “routine” which means they cover the whole house. The ladies are kind, discreet and full of energy (despite working very hard). They are trustworthy and reliable and clearly care about their work. It is sometimes quite amazing to watch them work as a team, with a planned approach to their work which feels a little bit like a finely tuned military operation. The house is left sparkling clean. Everything is straightforward, easy and well organised and we feel very lucky to be Molly Maid’s clients.

Thank the Lord for Molly Maid. Our lives have been made so much easier. Two ladies once a week do the whole house in two hours. By the time they leave the house looks stunning, so much so it’s been featured in a magazine article.
