Just a quick note to say how pleased I am with Vicky and Karen. They do such a fantastic job and are lovely to be around. If feels like they always go the extra mile to make the house look and feel clean. Plus the kids and dogs adore them too!

We would like to thank the Molly Maid ladies for their hard work during my recovery period and beyond. We therefore made the decision to continue using their services up until the date we move as they have always been helpful and friendly while working. Should we need help in the future we would certainly use Molly Maid again and also recommend your services to friends and indeed anyone wishing to hire a cleaner.

I wanted to send an email in regards to the deep clean we had today and I honestly can’t fault the 2 ladies who came and the work they done. My grandads house looks so much better and has definitely made a big difference. It’s the best its looked in a long time. As a Critical Care Manager I was struggling to keep on top of everything, during the second wave I asked Molly Maid for help with cleaning at my home.

I cannot recommend them enough, they were incredibly professional, thorough and punctual. Nothing was ever too much.

The house was always spotless after they’d visited and it was even noted their attention to detail. Such as tidying away clutter, cleaning the hob and even do the washing up! (I did keep telling them to leave it, we have a dishwasher but they insisted it was part of the service)

Would recommend them to anyone.

Just wanted to say thank you to the two ladies who cleaned mums flat today. She was so pleased with how it went and I think this was due to the kindness, patience and understanding they showed her.

If at all possible it would be fantastic if they could be her regular cleaners. She gets easily confused and struggles with change and seeing the same faces would be great.
