When Margaret King reached that stage in 2004 she found that Molly Maid ticked every single box.
She’s since gone on to thrive, by being part of such a large professional company – giving her the backing to ensure customers get the service they crave.
She favours a systematic approach that means nothing is missed and regularly finds her team becomes a big part of the life of the homes it serves.
Margaret explained: “We look after a disabled customer who lives alone, but we provide an extended service, as his nearest family live some distance away.
“His niece, who I speak to regularly, says we are like a part of the family.”
