We’ve been using Molly Maid cleaning services since they started, and we are very happy with their service. One of the things that we like most, is that if ever there is a problem, Joseph is always at the end of the phone, and he and his team are always quick to react to any situation.

At the initial interview, I was impressed with the systematic description of the cleaning schedule for every room, including the particular requests I had made. Price was agreed and I looked forward to Molly Maid’s arrival. They came, they cleaned and they left and my house gleamed! I was very pleased and am now anticipating their next visit.

I use Molly Maid Northern Ireland for routine cleans in my home as well as deep and post-builder cleans. The team impressed me initially with the speed at which they responded to my initial enquiry and to subsequent emails so I felt that they were a professional outfit & had a great understanding of customer requirements from Day 1! I was keen to use a firm that could work to my schedule as well as provide their own materials so the process is seamless. My properties have been very thoroughly cleaned on all occasions and I haven’t been let down by people not showing up / being unwell which was something I was keen to avoid. I would rate the service as 5 star and good value for money on that basis. Highly recommend!
